How does this Dog Behavioural Consultant feed her dog?
How does this Dog Behavioural Consultant feed her dog? It’s all about enrichment!
I measure out the days biscuit portion (we feed a mixture of raw meat and biscuits). I undertake what I term ‘Status Feeding’ then, for brekkie - feed from a bowl - with a hungry pup. For different entertainment options (and I have reduced Trev’s biscuit portion accordingly) - Trev enjoys tearing out treats from his ‘Holey Ball’ (or plays with easy pre-prepared homemade ‘dog toys’). Then the rest of his biscuits are given later in the day in either the Kong Wobbler, his feed ball or scatter fed, as well as giving frozen meat in his Kong Classic,
