Dog behaviour, the ‘Butt Sniff’…
Is your dog the regular butt sniffer or the sniffee? (He he). Or the no your not sniffing me!
These can be interesting signs…
The dog that is allowing itself to be sniffed is performing a submissive action to the dog that is doing the sniffing.
Now, the dog that never wants to be sniffed, watched this dynamic. This can mean one of two things, a problem with socialization/antisocial behaviour or an attempt at dominance - there could be a similar rank situation between the two dogs -
Interesting huh?…
Watch those butts!!! Ha ha.
